| If there were a wonderful world where there is no worry or burden, filled with love and sharing the love, it would be a very peaceful heaven, where there is no bitterness, enmity, anger, envy or selfishness. Actually there is one, the world you were in before your birth. This spiritual world fits the description of heaven. This is the world where you will go back some day. If someone tells a lie, it is revealed because you are going back there someday. I won’t speak of the sappy and inaccurate things people will say to deceive people about the spiritual world. There are communications from the spiritual world, like the book of “Teachings of Silver Birch.” The communications have reached to this material world 160 years before. And the actuality of spiritual world is demonstrated.
Is there anyone who can live without worry or burden in this material world? If any, this is the case when the converter of brain does not function normally. The information from the soul cannot transmit through the converter to the body adequately. The information of the five senses from the body can reach to the soul correctly and is understood, but the command from the soul cannot be carried to the body. There is a bearing in intellectual activity because it cannot transmit the direction from the soul. You might think the person has no worries or problems, but the soul has more pain than healthy subjects and the soul is brushed through it and improved. If you are born on this world at all, it is completely insignificant to live without any worries and problems. Rather it might be needed to prepare for changing the troubles into happiness.
The people who seriously suffered or been damaged have accomplished a spiritual improvement and became people who are never moved by the same suffering or the suffering below that. Why do people not challenge arduousness and beat it? The people can live with self-confidence breaking away darkness, knowing that there is no more infliction after a deeply felt agony. They can grapple with worry and burden with equanimity and have an understanding to offer help to others that suffered as they had. This is what the real thrill in life is and you accomplished a much higher growth than any other discipline. Therefore, you have become a person who can handle any calamity with a calm air.
The spiritual world says that people are not given any worries or burdens which exceed their capacity to handle them. Even you think your problems are large, it is just like a big balloon and the size and expansion is not a big deal. Therefore it is the best to confirm the real dirt before suffering. After experiencing the mundane several times, you can capture the real truth of worries and burdens. Everything has a reason, and once you get to that point, you can easily overcome the difficulty. It is good for you to apply it and expand it gradually. There are professionals in business or the sports world, and it is no wonder they are professionals in life. These people are there for others and the value of living is high. |

“There is no experience that comes to the human soul, which, rightly understood and rightly faced, does not leave you better for it. Can you contemplate a world of matter where there were no difficulties, no trials, no troubles, no pain, no suffering? There would be no evolution. There would be nothing to surmount. You would decay.”
"There are the great enemies, fear, worry, anxiety. These are the foes because they set up conditions which disturb and prevent the very help that you want to receive. Calmness, confidence, receptivity, with these the spirit can flourish; with these you will find all you want from day to day; they will provide all that is necessary for the physical well-being."
“Perfect love casts out fear. Knowledge dispels fear, for fear is born if ignorance. Where there is love and trust and knowledge, there fear cannot reign. An evolved spirit cannot be afraid at any time, because he knows there is no experience that can come to him in any phase of life that he cannot master, for he is the Great Spirit.” |

| If you do not have worry and burdens, you think about how happy you can lead your life, but such life is without motivation to improve and thus is boring.
Every time you climb over low mountains and high mountains, you can feel something to live for by completing a challenge and feel contented. Humans need to pursue and seek out a sense of fulfillment, rather than walk on the smooth pathway without any difficulties to bear. This is really understood when you go back to the spiritual world. It is important for you to think carefully how to live on this material world and try your hardest, with the strength of your will. Remember that your life is brought up to be polished and be grown, by experiencing opposing things, such as “Good and Bad”,” Joy and Sorrow”, or “Health and Disease”.
There are other ways to cope with worries and burdens. This is, in simple terms, to ignore needless key words. If you have someone who you so not want to see again, you have to put every defect of the person into a pot. Put on tight lid on it, seal and bury the pot deep in the ground. Promise to leave it forever and never to open it. You do this in a imaginary world, but it has the same effect as you do it in the real world. In a spiritual world, the thought would be realized, therefore, if you have a strong will, the same phenomena will happen. Put all of you and your family's "worries” and “burdens” into a pot and bury it deep into the ground, and try to examine the effects. If you succeed, you must go on your life fairly and squarely with a stable mind, applying this to everything. |
